• Coaches Hiring Checklist
• CPR Certification American Red Cross (Under class type you must select CPR)
• CPR Certification Front Range CPR
• CPR Certification DPS Classes (Contact Matthew Koscove with questions @ 720-423-4242)
• Concussion Certification
• Mandatory Reporting Certification DPS Employee
• Mandatory Reporting for Volunteer Coaches

• Current Sports Physical and Parent Permission required
  • Spanish Sports Physical Form and Parent Permission
  • English Sports Physical Form and Parent Permission
• School Based Healthcare Centers 
• $25 paid to your school Athletic Director
  • Options to pay:
    • MySchool Bucks
    • Cash (Turn into your Coach or Athletic Director)
    • Check (Make Checks payable to your school and turn into your Coach or Athletic Director)
